I used to cringe having to go inside when it was the other bank! I love the tellers, they are friendly while still professional, go out of their way to be helpful, the extended hours are better for this person with a crazy schedule, AND they love our food at the deli! Great relationship with this new bank! Thank you, Guys!

I go there for my job deposits. Everyone is really nice and helpful, I have health issues so sometimes I went through the drive thru, but after twice with a certain lady she informed I couldn't do that, ok so no problem. But even bringing it inside this same lady just doesn't seem pleasant with me. I don't even go to her and somehow she ends up in my transactions with something to say... Example: I needed change and there were no boxes which isn't an issue but the guy was looking for me anyway and she told me I need to bring my own boxes, but again I never asked for a box... It's just small things. My company is changing things, which I am aware of and she proceeds to tell me my boss should keep me informed better. And then tells me they have never given deposit receipts dropped thru the night drop... when I just picked them up a few days ago. I mean really... Why?!?!?

Still up in the air about this merger.. so many things are still not working correctly.. but I will redo this post in December 22..

The people are great and the account was perfect for my needs. The only issue is I can't get there in time due to working the same hours they're open everyday. If they opened at 8am I would give a 5 star.

The staff are great. They are courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. We can always get all of our routine transactions taken care of in under five minutes. When we need to talk to someone they're always readily available.

John, the branch lead, was awesome in trying to help me get an issue resolved . Very friendly, accommodating, went above and beyond. Great service. Glad to see there are still humans that want to help you out 🙂 …
