The people here are so very nice and accommodating. I was having issues getting in my account after the update and when I stopped in they walked me thru the process to get it going again. It was so easy I felt kind of sheepish when I realized, if I had just kept the letter they sent me and actually read it thoroughly I would have gotten started back so much sooner. They are very gracious and patient people. I've never been with a better financial institution.

I've dealt with both Mandy and Diane on several different issues, and they went above and beyond to take care of me. Every time I've gone inside, they've been very helpful and considerate. Highly recommended!

I agree with the persons comment below. Everyone in office is extremely nice BUT when it comes to my finances and bank accounts being nice doesn't matter anymore. The online banking was only supposed to be down for 2 days Saturday and Sunday and be back up on the 18th here it is 3 days later and I can not for the life of me get any info on my accounts! This is absurd!

The staff inside the bank is very nice, after doing business for 2 years with this bank they have changed their website and yesterday I couldn't get in on my online banking, i called and was on hold over an hour until i hung up in frustration, today I tried again and can't get in the online banking again, no results. I waited 2 hours 45 minutes for someone to answer the phone.

They have Great rates & Friendly service.
