I received a loan, I was a week late paying (totally my fault). I then realizing I was late payed my loan on website, they also cashed my check at same time so now they've been payed twice. They wouldnt return my calls. When asking they got attitude with me and raised her voice at me for her being overwhelmed or to much happening, They blamed on corporate for happening, also why they can't do anything to help on a Saturday, BUT if I want ANOTHER loan they can buy since I was a week late they can only give me $150... Even though they owed me at this point ($240). Just no empathy, I'm just a number!
