Joel and Autumn were the best part of our home buying experience! We were first time home buyers and they walked us through the entire process and explained every single thing to us. They made sure we understood every document we were sent and answered any questions we had. They never made us feel stupid no matter how silly our questions seemed. They went above and beyond for us and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. The home buying experience is stressful enough as it is but especially for people that have never done it before, but Joel and Autumn handled everything for us and we always knew that they had our best interests in mind. He called us during his vacation as well as he spoke with us before and after typical office hours due to our work schedules. Before we decided to use Brandon, we were able to talk with him and discuss several different scenarios. He wanted to make sure we felt comfortable moving forward with our situation before taking the next steps. We submitted all of our documents online and didn't need to meet in person.
