I came in today on a whim. I was immediately greeted by Miss Samantha in the pawn section of the store. Samantha is full of positive energy. She immediately assisted me and proceeded to multitask with helping two others. Samantha made sure everyone that walked in was tended to promptly and that each customer left with a smile. every business needs a Samantha. I assure i will be an active customer due the great customer service that was provided to me.
