Brooke the manager is very unprofessional. She hung up the phone in my face, I wouldn’t recommend anyone here. One employee talks continuously and doesn’t give you a chance to say a word. Brooke seems too overwhelmed and needs to be handled by upper management because hanging up in my face is extremely unprofessional.

Nothing but a waste of time ! I make good money been at my job for YEARSSSSS , car paid off literally everything they required… as a single mother unexpected emergencies are hard. Came to them recommended thru credit karma spent HOURSSSS waiting all to leave with nothing !

Huyla was very helpful throughout the entire loan process. She explained everything from what I was eligible for to payoff amounts and time frames. I truly appreciate her patience and assistance. I am now able to get my car repaired, and payoff and catch up on some bills.

This company is unprofessional. I reached out to them for assistance's with my application , they stated I had to reapply because my bank was not compatible with plaid. Their systems is outdated and the person I spoke with was unprofessional not willing to help.
