Velocity Community Credit Union - Jupiter Branch, Jupiter, FL

I have been extremely pleased with the service I have received from the staff at Jupiter branch of Velocity. Everyone has been extremely courteous and helpful. I opened both a checking and savings account at this branch as well as financing a car loan through them. I am now in the process of applying for a personal loan and Kristin has always been a available whenever I needed assistance. I would and have highly recommended this branch to both family members, friends and co-workers. They are very professional and caring.

Velocity Community Credit Union and Jupiter Branch Manager Kristin Barrett did a great job assisting with my international wire transfer last week. The team found a mistake I made and helped get it corrected and in route quickly. Within a short time the funds made it safely! THANK YOU ALL!

I have been a member of the credit union since it was known as Florida Aircraft Federal Credit Union. The offices were located at Pratt & Whitney and Nothlake/ Military Trail. The credit union offers great customer service and my vehicles have all been financed through them. I highly recommend Velocity Community Credit Union. I must mention Kristin at the Jupiter Branch. She goes above and beyond with customer service !!!

The service was amazing and quick, and very informative. Diane helped me create an account and she did it so quick and professionally that I am amazed, felt like they really appreciate their customers and you could really feel the care through the experience they provide.

Stephanie was very helpful getting an account set up for my son. She made the entire process easy and even gave him a balloon for his birthday. All of the staff at the branch were very friendly.

After receiving a fraud alert, so grateful that somebody is on top of things and really caught it early. My card was canceled and I went to get another one and I was helped by the most friendly, outgoing, efficient and fun clerk I have ever met her name was Charlayne. She is friendly outgoing, and has the best laugh!!
