First Horizon Bank, Key Largo, FL

Went it to make a deposit to a First Horizon account. There was one teller and zero customers. She told me multiple times that the lobby was ONLY for account holders, so I would need to go back outside and usd the drive tru . . . apparently for peasants who do not have an account . . . even though I was making a sizeable deposit into a Horizon cusromer's account. I have never experienced such condecending snobbery from any bank. Definately NOT reccomended.

Jennifer Kunkowski is an amazing manager, she is the bestest manager of this company she kept me there after very unpleasant experience. all i request is that she gets a HUGE raise because she amazing.

I do not recommend this bank for any reason. Not customer friendly hours (9-4) They will return checks within seconds of being overdrawn without any customer service policies. We changed banks as soon as first horizon took over.

Great bank. The staff are all amazing and so helpful.

Always have a trouble with th ATN when I deposit cash it never reflect to the account to the next couple days so I recommend always take u recipes at the ATN the play with ours money
