The worst service I have ever seen specially the Agent Sandra who works in the Amscot at John young and 192 who hold me for 15 min then took somebody else who just come in and then told me to go to an open window when I was already in one.... Good job Amscot for hire incompetent people

I’m glad I got my loan. Thank you.. but the employees there are not very friendly. It was my second time there. And I waited in line for a half hour. I didn’t know the rules. People kept skipping me. They didn’t say next. Or acknowledge me. People skills would be great for this location. A friendly hi or we will be with you shortly.. or even a next would have been much Appreciated

This place was so unprofessional worst experience I felt so uncomfortable just to make a simple money order. No type of professionalism please hire new personal or train them.

Was asked for proof of income when I received a small raise to see if I can get my amount raised for the loan. Was told without it, they weren't able to do anything. It was only 2 dollar raise. My friend goes in and told me he got approved just by saying he gets 500 more biweekly than before and was never asked for proof of income. Every time I go there, each employee says different things. They all need to get trained properly in order to be on the same page to avoid situations like these.

If your sending money western union, make sure the receiver can receive the money if not after refund go to different locations save your self trouble they will not send it to a different receiver name.

Went there tonight. Employee was very rude. Apparently you cannot buy rolls of quarters at Amscot anymore! News to me! I'm never go there again.
