Drummond Community Bank, Lake City, FL

I am going to have to switch Banks this bank closes so freaking early they don't open the doors until 8 8:30 then they're closed by 4 when most people are getting off work trying to make it to the bank

We found a new home in the area and needed a new banking home to transfer our accounts to as well as a home mortgage. WE FOUND THE BEST! We were still in Missouri trying to secure the loan and I began working with Brent and Brooke. They made everything so easy and seamless. Communication and timeliness was very key in getting the home of our dreams and these two really went over and above for us. We've been here for a few months now and regularly use the Ft. White branch (closer to us). Employees are always friendly and happy to help you! Love this bank!!

Worst bank ever..there Web site or app. Does not work half the time. And there bank in not open for any customer service 24 hrs for lost or stolen cards. Go to a bigger bank

Published hours are drive through hours; the lobby closes an hour before the drive through. No cash deposits at the ATM and the hours kinda suck, but the staff is always friendly and courteous.

I always have a great experience at Drummond. Everyone is friendly and courteous and I never have to wait long for service. I love Drummond ❤
