The tellers there are always so kind and patient and always go above and beyond to make your customer service experience an excellent one. My mom is getting a bit older now and they always are so patient with her and always respond to her requests with a smile and let her know it’s no problem ever and they make her feel welcomed and understood and that is HUGE for me so thank you ladies!

9 dollars a month, or 13 for "Elite" checking? That's very expensive. The customer service lady was very unfriendly to answer my questions about opening an account too. Pretty clear she hates her job. Won't be going to this tiny fancy looking little hole in the wall bank. I'm a working man, and will be going to a bank that offers friendly service and free checking.
