This was the easiest loan I ever applied for. It took 3 days from application to cash in hand and that is only because it was a weekend. The staff are very professional and I would highly recommend OneMain Financial.

Fiancé put Application in over 13 days ago. Now after sending multiple buyers order and not getting any information back from Tiffany or no returned calls. We call the corporate office and they say the application is still pending after 13 days so local branch hasn’t even finished the total application. Which now makes sense because multiple buyers orders have been put in and no one can get a call back whether it be the dealer or us. Branch has gone down hill quick in the last 6-8 months. Poor customer service and will not longer be using them again.

Torrie was fantastic and professional and took us through the process, explaining everything, and set us up and on our way without a lot fuss and paperwork. We were very pleased to work with her and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone to contact her for their loan needs!
