Compared to my usual experience at Midflorida locations this one was by far the worse. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in. The manager was not assisting the tellers, however the two tellers were on Amazon and another site that was unrelated to work. I waited inside for several minutes while the bank and drive through was empty.

Great employees that always make you feel welcome. They go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. Have had numerous loans through this credit union for the simple reason that they always have the best interest rates and they make banking easy. Recommend this establishment to everyone

I been with MidFlorida for many years, they have an awsome customer service and good banking options. When i had issues with my account they handle it very well. I been in side to many branches and all employees was nice ,the one in lake placid Florida is the best great team there

Unable to talk to anyone in customer service. Automated system only allows you to leave callback number. Very disappointed in service provided

Don't waste your time trying to call ANY branch, they never answer their phone, it will circulate to a call center (which rarely answers), and you'll wait on hold forever! This has to be the worst Credit Union customer service I've ever experienced (currently a member with 3 different ones, this is just the only one local here).
