I’d give a no star if I could, the pulled debuts out of my account, before the due date which resulted in overdraft fees which they would not return. It has been problem after problem in this bank, and the lake wales branch management and staff every time I go in there are rude and cross and look down on me like they are all high and mighty! I do not recommend this bank to anyone’!

Nice bank. Friendly, locally owned, several branches well spread out in the area to take care of people. I have never gotten a loan of any kind from them but they will do them. If you go into the Lake Wales Fl branch, they usually aren't too busy.

The folks at Citizens Bank & Trust have always been a tremendous asset to our business day in and day out. However during this time of uncertainty caused by the Covid-19 virus they have been true champions. I fully recommend Citizens Bank & Trust to anyone looking for a true financial partnership with their bank.

We opened a bank account here last November and it has been a nightmare since the start. Every time we try to transfer money from our US dollar account in Canada to this branch they have another charge - $50 bucks for this and $50 bucks for that. Told them I want to shut the account down and that's another $15. I can't afford to have an account at this bank. I try to explain my issue to the guy there and he's basically laughing at me over the phone! Stay away!

This has nothing to do with the bank company but I have to say this, they called for a PPI on a homeless couples vehicle, yes that was where they lived and the only reason why they parked in the bank was because they ran out of gas and left to go get fuel. By the time they came back the vehicle was gone with all of the stuff they owned and was crying because they had no idea what to do. Compassion is what is being lost in this world I’m disheartened and I will NEVER support this company that allows this type of behavior.
