Amazing environment. Friendly generous and hospitable employees. They do remember the people who come in. Doesn't lowball prices. And helps out as much as they are allowed. Always has smiles from all employees. When they are cursed at, they keep it professional and kills with kindness.store is always cleaned and organized not cluttered. Great organization in the back. Never spends more than 3 min getting the items for the customer when they pick up a pawn loan.if out of an item or doesn't carry they will look for u the most convenient way to get the item that is requested.

I made a 400 hundred dollar chain and the very next morning tried to switch it out and pay the difference on a 1000 dollar chain and they only offered me 160 even though the same lady sold me the chain the night before. Wasnt asking for a return. I spent the money else where. I couldnt believe it they are not friendly at all they are greedy.

Victoria was AMAZING! She took her time, and explained everything she was doing during my visit. She was friendly, thorough, compassionate and it’s very clear that she loves her job. She made me feel comfortable and I genuinely believed she was there to help me, not rip me off. I would definitely recommend going to her if you find yourself in a bind. She was absolutely THE BEST. I drove over an hour to see her, and if need be I would do it again in a heartbeat! Thank you so very much Victoria!!!!
