Mark Piburn is a joke. He lead me on for over a month and then just completely ghosted me, and never responded. Still never apologized or gave me explanation. I went thru the whole submission process of getting documents submitted for pre-approval. April 13 he called me on the phone, said what I would be pre-approved for and stated “later tonight or first tomorrow” he would get me my pre-approval so I could look for a home. Never happened. I texted several times, no response. Over two months later. No reply from Mark.

Mark Piburn was outstanding throughout our home purchasing experience. The process was not without “hiccups” along the way but his advocacy and dedication to us and what we needed to successfully close proved him to be exceptional. Thanks again Mark.
