Service was horrible, rude, and too many mistakes were made, as well as taking forever to get it done. They only respond when it was convenient for them (could be weeks, or not at all), but expect you to respond immediately to them. Two months after our closing we had an issue with our HOI because they never informed us of requirements, and overlooked it when we closed. This caused us to pay out more money two months after closing because of their mistake.
