Being a first time car buyer I took out a loan with Trax, and the professionalism and the respect I received was well worth over five stars. Anthony in the financing department is absolutely amazing, and I would recommend banking with Trax any day.

Please never but never make a loan with them the customer service and service for make a payment doesn’t work everything with this institution is badly. Poor communication, no solution or options and they like to charge for everything.

My card didnt work at the gas station and I noticed Trax was nearby and I needed cash from my Mid Florida account, so I went in there as they were right near the gas station I was at and they were able to get cash out for me!! Amazing service even though Im not a member!!!

Great bank, but they need to do some thing customer service wise for after hours there’s nothing more embarrassing than being locked out of your account while you’re at a restaurant and not having the money and then you try to call but they close at six and no help on the weekends stuff happens on the weekends the peoples money all the time as well. Now I’m currently trespassed from my favorite restaurant because I’m locked out of my account and couldn’t pay😢🤦🏻‍♀️
