Sorry to leave this rating but not happy by the amount of fees you give to carry just to have a simple savings account. With doing business with two other Credit Unions (Altra and Summit) in Minnesota and Wisconsin. They do not charge you a fee if you're under $200.00 in all your accounts combined. It's going to be harsh if those who get affected by a hurricane with accounts through Grow Financial have to withdraw and have no choice. But due to your cooperate greed it's more about cash than care. America's Captalism in a nutshell. I'm also not fond of having a paper statement fee when I'm not even getting anything in the mail from you for the savings account. I guess keep coming up for fees to "serve people, not profit." As you state in your Credit Unions and on your Website.

Great experiences here over the years.Kevin is a great manager and has personally helped us in times of need.Lisa also helped us with a Loan and was fantastic. They are a great group and Gro is a very efficient place to do business, I highly recommend the team in Lakewood ranch.

Avoid this bank!!! They don’t care about you!! They only care about profits!!! Also their customer service sucks!!! I’ve been calling them every and cant get ahold of them!! Waiting time is freaking long!!!

Went in ,without an appointment. We're greeted as we walked in with a smile . Which made you feel like they cared about your business. They took Down the information they needed to address us properly. Then told us there was coffee ,tea , hot chocolate and water to help our selves to what ever we would like and then take a seat and someone would be right over . And they were. We opened a savings account, money market and are opening a Roth as well so far we are very , very satisfied with the personal attention and of course the excellent interest rates that this credit union offers. I highly recommend this bank . They even give you free checks . .

Having walked in for the very first time not knowing anything about Credit Unions, I was greeted by everyone with a smile and pleasant welcome. Their lobby and building are bright and inviting. Sitting down and catching up on sports center gave me the right at home feeling. Kevin was the one that signed me up and I must say, he was extremely informative and well versed in the conversation we had. Kevin and his Team here at Lakewood Ranch get my 5 star rating. I highly recommend. 😁

Mrs.Tammy in the auto finance department is GREAT! She explained every question I asked about refinancing today (10/12/23). I think she was the one who helped me over the phone in January as well idk but you guys have GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE‼️

I had issues with some inconsistencies on my credit report and Lauren at the Lakewood Ranch Location went above and beyond to help me resolve it. She did what she promised and then called me to follow up. She was so friendly and helpful. What a gem!
