The check cashing fees change every time I go in. They also broke my govt issues I.D and the corporate line just gave me a run around. I'll never be using this business again.

Staff feels the need to verify every single piece of information they have for me every time I go, even if its just to cash a check. Also, their is no way to pay them with anything other than cash which is ridiculous in this day and age.

they're always there when I need that little bit of extra money and I can pay them back when I get paid when the interest is not ridiculous

I don't go much, but when I do, most people are really friendly. There is one guy though that should really smile every now and then or act like he wants to be there.

This place couldn’t cash a check n the excuses where the check is back dated they didn’t see me sign (I signed as soon as I walked in the door) n last because I have cashed a check there in a long time please make that make cents

Document needing notarized. "Amscott doesn't supply your witnesses" is what the not so kind lady said to me. Really? I am going to bring witnesses. We are all going to go up to Amscott, and wait like your a government office. Your business is a joke. I was the only customer.
