Miss Kim has been taking care of me for years. And I finally found here here at the East Bay ace cash express after not seeing her for far too long. And absolutely nothing is changed she’s always very nice very sweet and super helpful to me! It was great seeing her again! And I’m looking forward to have an excuse to come back and do more business here because of her!

Hi I've been dealing with Ace Check Cashing now for proximately 5 maybe 6 years. The service has been impeccable the people are extremely friendly and I really like doing business with this company. You almost feel that transactions are so personalized you almost feel like family people call you by your first name it's just amazing they're there for you when you need them and the transactions are impeccable

Kendra was awesome I went their yesterday to do the things you do at ace cash express Kendra held a great conversation she was speedy and has awesome customer service I will come back if she’s there

I went in today to get a loan and Kim was the representative that helped me. She was such a great help! She was funny and helpful and made it very easy.
