Almost half an hour for a two minute transaction for cash payment of my cable bill. One person to running entire place so lines backed up. The counter attendant's meal was delivered while I was there and she had to set it back and could not stop even to eat.

I will not go to this location again. Simon was rude. He couldnt hear me saying my phone number but gave me attitude when I spoke louder. First time using an additional service besides utility pay and Simon was rude and arrogant instead of kind and helpful. Slowest service yet. And when helping my minor child had disregard for me. Said he had been with amscot for more than a decade but if you arent going to treat the customers kindly the amount of tenure is irrelevant.

Not a 24-hr Amscot. Friendly service every time I've been there. The place also has an ATM and postal mail box. You can also buy single stamps at the desk. Money orders are free, and one of the reasons I go here.

I had the pleasure of meeting Alex today at Amscott. I went in to get a stamp so that I could mail an important document. I didn't have cash, and the amount was too little to pay by card. Alex took the money out of his own pocket to pay for my stamp. I was blown away. The world needs more people like Alex. This guy deserves a promotion.

I've never had to wait for more than five minutes for service, at least at this location. Yes, often times there's one employee but when there is, they know what they're doing and get through those in front of me FAST! TIPS: 1. Know there are two types of loans: a. One Month b. Payments 2. Have your bank account information with you. 3. Ask for some of those Tootsie Rolls, they're good and they'll give you plenty as they have too many 😁 I've had only good experiences here, fast, professional and proficient!
