I am of course pleased. At first I had to call, I believe three times to ensure my application had been received once filling out. You must call as early as 9:30 AM OR late afternoon. Once you get on to a representative, I have to say, they are quite professional. In summation I did receive the amount of money I applied for where an agent contacted me via phone and went through, step by step the entire loan application. I would very highly recommend.

This is my second transaction with Mariner finance. The loan officers are always knowledgeable, compassionate and kind. I had the pleasure of interacting with Christina, Marie and Rich. The process was seamless. I highly recommend this branch.

Although it was very hard to get someone on the phone for assistance, once I did, he saw me all the way through my process. Rich Garcia was very nice and thorough with his work, he kept his word and called me back whenever he said he would and provides multiple options to solve my problem .
