Pena and Romie are wonderful human beings, great customer service, I was able to come in and out. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied.

I went in and they didn’t have any of the funds I need to cash a check, also the woman up front was very rude and extremely unprofessional being very judgmental and wasted my time do better with who you choose to hire.

The supervisor penya is disgusting human being. I asked her a simple question and she went all black woman stereotype on me. She should really be fired from this establishment. Not only do they never have money to pick up funds their attitudes are horrible.

Penya is horribly unprofessional. She doesn't know what customer service is, she is rude and has a very bad attitude. I have been a customer of the check cashing store for many years in Naples. It is the first time I have come to this location store 402 in Lehigh Acres for service and I have had the worst experience of my life. After a long wait, PENYA was super rude for no reason. I see that she has had very bad reviews for years and she still working there. I don't understand how they haven't taken action with a person who only treats customers badly.
