First Federal Bank, Live Oak, FL

Very very nice staff. Nice for a bank to be in a very remote location. This is a PRIVATE owned bank that is there to make money using your money. That’s what banks do. Don’t expect it to be a credit union, online bank etc. Recommended

Wendy, Dowling Park's Branch Manager, is my personal go-to for any major questions or happenings with personal and business accounts. She's very knowledgeable and, when required, points me in the appropriate direction for answers/solutions. I absolutely love this bank!! The ladies at the Dowling Park branch go above and beyond to make sure each customer is taken care of. Also a shout out to the ladies at the main branch in Live Oak they are awesome too.

The employees here are nice. That being said. Don't use the First Federal Bank of Florida. Their customer support is absolute trash. They don't know what they are doing. They have idiots working for them, who barely understand English.
