Words can not express how grateful and blessed my experience with this credit union has been. I truly am thankful to Sean Sasser and Christina for all their time, patience, dedication and effort to ensure all of my banking needs were met with complete satisfaction.

The young man at customer service was amazingly helpful an was very attentive with me help me setup my mobile app. Big props to the manager of the live oak branch for being a business man, looking forward to doing business with this bank

Worked with one person the whole refinance process. That was awesome and communication was prompt and consistent. To top it all off, I got my interest rate halved when I refied with them. Couldn't have been less of a hassle.

Mia Parrish at the live oak branch is amazing, she has great customer service, she is patient, honest and reliable. However, I will be closing all 4 of my accounts soon, because of the Gainesville office/representatives are misleading and manipulating and want you to spend money in places they prefer. Furthermore, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I’m not the type to write my experiences but it’s definitely necessary to inform the people.
