The tellers are all very nice. They are quick and efficient at there jobs, and maintain a comfortable composure with the locals and newcomers alike. Anthony is an advisor and aid who has always been very helpful with anything that I need done. He's gone above and beyond to check on different financial subjects for me and help me through any issues I've had. They also have these fantastic complementary cookies and fairly good coffee, but you have to get there early.

So first of all my ratings is not against this company location, But I will speak my opinion and my experience for there checking account services. I have applied to open a checking account and then I decided to call to ask additional information regarding my account. They tried to verify my identity but no success because I got one of the questions wrong seriously So they said since I’m far away from the office go get a notary with a business card I got notary done online with recites I send back to them to see if I can be verified no they said you have to get again and pay more money and when legally there are multiple ways to to obtain proof the notary it self should be enough because I sign my rights so did the notary. But really you can get the mere business card information from a google search . Overall my services was horrible not once did they accommodate my issues or tried another solution to fix my issue.

My experience at BMO bank was absolutely horrendous, deserving no more than a single star. The customer service I received was nothing short of disgusting. During my visit, I felt like a mere inconvenience to the staff, who made me feel insignificant and worthless. To make matters worse, the banker shouted out my account balance for the entire bank to hear, a humiliating and completely unnecessary act. Their insinuations about my low account balance only added insult to injury. All due to a security breach! While I may not use BMO as my primary bank, I certainly won’t use it at all in the future. Their lackluster performance and disgusting treatment of customers on vacation from Chicago to Marco Island have ensured that my banking investments will be directed elsewhere. Disgusting, indeed!
