Fifth Third Bank & ATM, Marco Island, FL

I have several business accounts want to add someone to signature card Lady at counter in Marco Island Branch doing nothing, bank was empty said I had to schedule appointment with banker ask her if she schedule it see was very little help. Said nothing available until 4 pm on Monday I went on line and schedule it for 10:30 This bank used to have great service but not anymore. I have to wire money often if I can't go into the bank and wire I'm going to move my accounts to chase on marco I found they are like fifth third use to be very great Customer service In all fairness this is very unusual i bank in Ohio at fifth third ( Mostly Springboro on Gardner rd ) I and never had any thing but great customer service. Last week I was driving to florida and had to stop at Fifth bank in Knoxville tenn (off rt 40) to wire money and the manager and the staff was very helpful ( they did not know me)

Went in last week seeking help with my mom in cashing out a check. The women at the counter was very rude and would not accept our forms of ID. We were very disappointed as we always go here and never have an issue till it came to her. Very rude staff
