Absolutely the worst place to ever even think of getting a loan through. Very sneaky with hidden fees and the loan officer didn’t show up to the closing. Found out after the closing we had almost $10k in extra fees we were not told about. Extremely unhelpful staff all the way from Marianna to Tallahassee. I recommend getting a home or construction loan literally anywhere else and saving yourself the grief of dealing with this awful company.

Excellent service from down home folks. Call, someone will answer speaking English and probably living near you in your community.
