First Federal Bank, Marianna, FL

I've been in this branch a total of two times. Once to open my account, and once 19 days later (today), to close my account. When I opened the account, I told the account specialist that my wife and I were big on using the app, as well as online banking. She told me that to use it, she would have to set it up first in the backend, then email me the credentials to begin using it. She said would email me by end-of-dat. Ok. No biggie. That email never came. So I called the following Tuesday (both morning and afternoon). Nobody ever answered the phone, so myblast attempt I left a voicemail requesting a call-back. Three days later (Friday) still no email or call back, so I again called (multiple times) with no answer each time, and left another voicemail with a sense of urgency that she please call back. The next day (Saturday) no call, but I received a copy/paste email stating that in order to use online banking, go to the company's main webpage and click on 'online banking' (duh). Was unable to register/setup/use anything online, nor setup the app. Called again the following week, again during diffierent times of day. Never once heard from anyone. So 19 days later, I visit the branch. No surprise, the account specialist who opened my account and promised to email me, was sitting in her office. Do you think when she saw me, that she came out to try and salvage the situation or even just say hi? Nope. Maybe she doesn't remember me. Possible. But one thing's for sure: she doesn't care about my wife and I, nor our money. Which is fine. I'm sure there are other banks out there that do. =/

Thanks to First Federal Bank (this specific one...lol) I'm a homeowner now. Mrs. Regina is such an amazing woman to work with! She was able to put me in programs so I would not have to pay out of pocket for my down payment on my home & took the extra mile to do all the paperwork! If I could do it all over again I will forever stick with First Federal & the first person I would go to is Mrs. Regina. THANK YOU!
