Overpriced items, not something you'd expect from a store selling used items. You get almost nothing for selling them even new items. Which on one hand, yes, they need to make a profit, but they seem out of touch with what will sell fast, and reasonable pricing. About half the staff are actually really great, and friendly. The other half act like pompous ass-hat for no reason. All around not a great place, the only reason I'd recommend visiting is for location convenience.

Store manager was extremely rude.I tried to buy a ps4 controller. He gives me a controller that is broken and ask for $25 I countered offer $20 but he said no I will just keep it. I have no problem with him Not wanting to lower the price but have a better controller one that's not broken. I hope that attitude is not go on check for too much longer because all hes going to do is bring his store down.Next time know your market PS4 is an old generation of consul and they're selling for $25 brand new on Amazon I will never be back and will tell everyone I know to never come to this store.

I went in was greeted with a welcome and I was helped by the cooliest nicest funniest guy he is the manger and they worked fast and got me in and out fast. Didn't have any thing bad at all to say about my visit today or any time I go there. Thanks for being so awesome every single one of the employees are great !

Was quoted as being able to get a 3rd of market value for product that I was wanting to sell. Get there and they don't give a 3rd of market value. Don't trust this store. There are plenty of other great pawn shops in the area!! Don't waste your time here.

The New Mgr is not nice... at all. He should worry about customer service more and not be so Stern. First and foremost just be nice to your customers. Another is a way about business but first and foremost be nice to your customers that's all.

I love this place. Louise, and Nick are my peeps. Getting to warm up to Andrew the new manager. Michael not going to leave you or Shelly out. Louise is my heart, in four years I've never seen her in a bad mood. She and Nick have always treated me with the utmost respect and are always looking to help me out no matter what. They have great prices and deals. I've gotten so many designer bags and I love me some purses. So if you want a good deal with fantastic stuff you just have to go there.
