I'm a first time home buyer and had a lot of questions about this whole process. Michael Cruz did an amazing job. Not only did we get a reasonable interest rate, he gave us peace of mind as we went through the whole process. Without his assistance, it would have been even more stressful. He's always available and often when I'd call, he'd pick up before the phone even had a chance to ring through once! He was straight forward about the entire process up front and clear about what money was due when. I would strongly recommend Michael and his team to anyone.
