Shelter Mortgage and my specific loan officer, Rolando Garcia, were so amazing in helping me buy my first house. He was so informative and right there at the tip of my fingertips whenever I needed him. He was so easy to contact and get a hold of, and always there to answer questions whether it was through email, text, phone call no matter what time of day it was. He helped me understand everything and facilitated everything that needed to be done. To top it off, Hurricane Irma hit our state and the county were I was purchasing right before we were supposed to close which created a sandstorm of troubles and big old mess. But Rolando handled it gracefully, which kept my anxiety in check and it only delayed closing exactly a week! I don't know what I would have done working with another company and I highly recommend Shelter Mortgage, and particularly Rolando!
