I’ve been coming to this location for over 3 years and the staff makes me feel so welcomed. These ladies really help you and are super nice. If your looking for a hassle free experience come to this location

What a terrible company. Went there to get a payday loan and the only employee there did not speak english so there was a language barrier. Her name was Iris or something close to that. This created a huge problem because she couldn’t understand anything I was saying to her. She didn’t even ask for my bank statement. And then of course it was declined because they couldn’t verify my proof of income, because she didn’t ask for my statement…. Then she called, I guess her manager named Esther. She had absolutely no idea what was going on & had the audacity to tell me that Iris knows how to do her job, clearly not. I was watching her type everything in incorrectly so no wonder it was declined. What a disappointment this place is. This is AMERICA hire people who speak english or bilingual. Or the least you could do is not leave someone there by themselves who doesn’t speak a single word of english.
