Jose was amazing! I called two other Amscots that did not have a notary on site. I called and Jose was so nice. He offered me assurance and gave me instructions on how the notary services work. When I got to the location, he personally helped me and even though they were busy his service was so amazing. He even offered me a folder for my documents. His service is definitely 10 stars!

I went to this AMSCOT office for the first time to cash a check, I loved how they treated me and there I discovered the amount of services they offer, then the following month when I returned to use another of their services, I felt extremely safe and confident because I noticed that my private information is forever safe. Since then I go every month and my experience in that place is always just as excellent.

Very bad experience in this place they practically treated me like a criminal I have been using their service for many years but this specific place is fatal I will not return again

The worst experience in an amscot neither the supervisor nor the other gentleman are competent in addition to being stubborn

My fatal experience. I spent 45 minutes waiting for them to process my check, they made me sign and print my check and they also stopped working on mine to serve other clients. After said time had passed, they told me that they had not authorized my check, I asked for an explanation and the truth is that the manager's attitude was not correct, very egocentric, stubborn and arrogant. That same day I went to another Amscot and received excellent service.
