Very bad experience. Read their contract carefully before signing it. Fees are insane. I ended up paying extra 1500 just because I had to borrow more money but from different lender. I wish I read all the reviews before signing that contract. Just be careful with them guys.

The company kept taking money out of our account even after we paid. We over paid them and still said we owe them. Now they sent us to collections and we don't even know why when we over paid and sent them the proof we paid! They are super high in interest rates and not a fair company

Greenbox is one of the most reputable funding companies in the MCA space. They have extremely flexible funding options and cater to a wide variety of customers in multiple different industries. Keep up the great work! Their customer service from Max, Nick to the CEO Jordan himself is second to none!

Be very very careful with this company! Company will charge you a “$1000.00” service fee and won’t mention it to you at all. You won’t find out until AFTER you receive the funds and see a withdrawal for $1000 from green box capital. Finance rates are 35% for me. The contract is so small and hidden in the website when you go to sign it so it makes it almost impossible to read.

Today, I was able to close a deal with Greenbox Capital for one of my existing clients. My rep Joanna Santos was and is such a pleasure to work with. She was able to get me a bump on the dollar amount and made the process seamless and effortless from start to finish. I normally don’t write reviews. Sometimes I have a less than perfect experience and that’s something I typically can walk away from. But in this case I felt inclined to share one of the worse experiences as a small business attempting to pay off an account. First and foremost, the customer service is by far the worst I’ve witnessed in modern day times. Their collections department don’t answer the phone, and don’t communicate complex issues with your account unless they are getting the money. Here, I was attempting to pay the balance in full and not one time did the collections department representative share with me that they had an ACH pending, which caused my balance for pay off to be inaccurate. So yes, as I thought I paid the account in full, I get an email explaining to me I was i default b of a payment that didn’t go through my bank. Well…common sense is that I paid the account off, so why wouldn’t I know about a pending payment. Perhaps, if their reps weren’t working from home, customer service could be monitored and managed, There’s no supervision or chain of command and they need to be held accountable for their actions toward small business owners. This business gets a 1 out of 10 and if it could be Zero, I would give that. Do not use this business for merchant cash advances. Stay away!!!!!
