My wife went in and was greeted by Yandy. To be honest I’m a man of short words but after her experience there I’m now a No words man I have no words to express the type of person she came across of. When I tell you this man was not Only doing his job diligently but he went above and beyond for me and my family to actually get the best loan we as a family can get. He missed lunch hour numerous amount of potential other clients just to make sure my wife got the best loan for our family with no personal gain just real devotion and genuine want for the underdogs of this society to get what they deserve . I truly recommended him and mostly we as a family are appreciative for him going above and beyond to genuinely with no personal gain helping out our family get the best loan available like wow no words! Hey highly recommend him he is for the people as told by me a people who’s desperate moments where not taken likely or looked over ! Amazing Professional and good hearted person ! Worst service ever. No one answers the phones. And when they do they tell you I will call you back and never do.

completely regret getting a loan with them. Person who did the loan for me lied and told me they were going to release my car title after I paid like 3000 dollars. Not mentioning all the interest I am paying. Only 20 percent of what I’m paying is going towards the principal the rest is interest it’s insane. After calling like 3 months ago to see how I could get my car title they told me I had to pay the whole loan to get it back. When I asked for the person who initially helped me get the loan they told me he no longer works there so he basically lied to me.

They took way too long to change my loan to an unsecured loan. I had to go there three times! The lady would walk over to her boss’s desk without telling me what she was doing. They didn’t send me a letter releasing the lien on my car until I called another branch to complain one month later. The manager Isidro doesn’t return your phone calls.

I had a great experince with One Main Financial, specifically with Ichiro. Ichiro was extremely knowlegable, patient and went through every single option as well as went into depth with all the documents and agreements that is sometimes difficult to understand all at once. I'd give my experience a 11/10 if I could. If you're seeking a reliable, friendly and professional place to receive a loan, look no further.

The lady Milagros was very attentive and communicative. She explain to me every part of the process. The place was very clean and organized. I found a lot of respect toward my person and in general. I am very satisfied to work with OMF.
