Super unprofessional!!! I really can’t understand how this place is still in business. I wish there was a minimum standard to operate a business because this place should have been closed. They have the worse customer service in a business that should have the best. If customers have to get a auto loan then you must understand they have fell on hard times. The last thing your customers will need is to deal with such a horrible rude people. STAY AWAY

Unprofessional, I really didn't know much about and car auto loan which means this is my first attempt at doing one the receptionist turned me away and didn't want to go through with my loan because I was asking questions upon how does it works. The the loan clerk didn't want to explain the business to me and refuse to grant me a loan. The long clerks were Hispanic and I speak fluent Spanish so the language barrier wasn't a problem just the person's attitude. Tuesday July 5, 2022..

This office has a huge problem with honesty and professionalism. They don’t keep their word, and have terrible phone etiquette. Go to another reputable business for a loan, not this one. Also, they really need to do something about the mold problem. The smell is repugnant.

The owners of Presta Fácil were a pleasure, they were very understanding and professional. Everyone who comes here knows they are in good hands and I recommend them to anyone in the Miami/South Florida area. They speak Spanish and English.

Owner is very very rude and looks down on some customers. I went in and they said I was approved for $2,000 and I said I was going to go to another company (Credex) to see the amount they would approve me for and when I told them that, the owner (Mike) said that no place was going to approve me for more... He was trying to bring my hope down so I would feel hopeless and take their loan. He was very combative. This company prys on people's needs instead of being understanding. Not an honest bunch. The customer service girl was the only genuine person there... They are so lucky she works with them. Horrible experience for me but thankfully I found another company with kind people.

Dont do business here. The owner told me to be in his place before 5:30pm, I drove for 1 hour and when I got there at 4:35pm, he asked me to go the next day. Owner was rude and unproffesional asking me all type of personal questions. Weird place to do business.
