One star given to the place because it is a great location. But not enough space for waiting, and the woman at the front desk, comes off a bit rude. She has opinions, doesnt think before she speaks obviously, and doesn't know when to stop talking. Threatened not to cash a check because another person was rude to her, even though she was given an apology. Grateful she did it anyway, still upset she was rude. She doesn't like rudeness, nor do I. Respectful work ethic, Don't give attitude to innocent people, for what others caused. Sorry.

I have been a customer since 2012. Josephine is always helpful and professional. She has been good to me and my family. I am very thankful to her for all she has done for me.

I have been a customer since 2013 and I am very pleased with the service. I have used the check cashing, payday loan, and money order service. The manager is always polite and treats me like family.

Because I didn't cash my check right away on the date it was issued to me on the 7th I was treated like a criminal ending with them not cashing it at all i advise if you want friendly customer service and treated like you are a valued customer do not go here it was next to harassment seemed they were looking for a way not to cash it never ever going there again.

Woman that owns a place is very rude does not understand the process of business and requirements of business try to tell me my business wasn't legit because I did not have a driver's license only a state ID do not go here terrible customer service

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The owner was extremely rude and refused to validate my check like she claimed she would on the phone. I had the documents to verify. She looked at my escrow refund check and immediately said no without further investigation. Do not waste your time going here. And it was very hot and muggy inside. 0/5 stars
