I'm really pleased with the new service allowing me to pay my FPL bill and have it post instantly to my account. What a convenience!

The customer service at this cash now was very pitiful,the associate Jeanette had a very Bad attitude also was very arrogant n very disrespectful and this is not the first time she needs to be retrained on customer service is removed from this work place many people have said the same thing that go there too pay there bills fortunately it’s one of the closest locations for a lot of us but we shouldn’t have to deal with a customer service agent like Jeanette
