First Horizon Bank, Naples, FL

Iberiabank was great and has served well for the past almost 10 years. Now unfortunately it was bought up by First Horizon and this bank is the worst to say the least. I have never seen such unprofessional service. They lost hundreds of thousands of dollars while merging online. It took two days to find and get that going to only then lose all the bill pay recipients and NOBODY, absolutely NOBODY is capable of getting it fixed. I am closing all of my accounts and moving to a bank that actually wants to earn my business. Do Not use this Bank. The people in branch which are former Iberiabank employees hurts my heart for them to now work for this disastrous company trying to call itself a bank. There is NO Horizon to be seen here.

One of the bank’s executives by name of Carl Pukin threatened a woman today & told her he would break her jaw. Taking my business elsewhere they can hide in corporate but the Racism always shows. Google his name Carl Pukin Florida you will see! ZERO STARS

Outstanding service. Polite, professional and knowledgeable. After Mae Pauchio my banker passed away. They really were not the same.

Iberia bank is a great bank everyone's very pleasant but they do take their time so it's a little longer wait then other banks.
