Shameful customer service esp. with customers with hardships. We were late ONE payment and called several times to see what we could do such as deferment ect. We were met with TERRIBLE attitude, refusal to help, and harassment. My wife is pregnant they told her us being behind on bills and In hardship “wasn't their problem” and DEMANDED to know WHEN we would pay them. You should all be ashamed of yourself.

I'm a new customer with OneMain financial and appreciate the good customer service that Shalom has provided. She is very professional and attentive to my financial needs especially since she speaks Spanish and can explain in detail anything related to my account.

One star is too high. At first they offer you a bunch of deals but it is all lies. I have been working with this institution for few years and in the beginning was in Miami the office in Hialeah Gardens and it was great, since aI was transferred to Naples brach they have declined 2 a personal loan, I have never missed a payment and always good, my credit is not bad. I wanted to stay with them but not anymore. Not recommended at all!
