Keys Federal Credit Union, Stock Island, Naval Air Station Key West, FL

I am new to the area, I went into the branch to obtain information on how to open and account and all that good stuff. I’ve never had better customer service. The bank teller was such a sweetheart, she was extremely knowledgeable and took her time explaining everything to me. She was very personable and made me feel extremely comfortable. I will definitely be banking with them in the near future.

Very nice staff. Less busy than other locations. Very convenient location for people who live by stock island or if u want any banking services right at the beginning of US-1 on your way to Miami. This location has full service, just like the other location in key plaza. Again very nice staff.

Every time I go into cash a check they act like it's a hassle like it's their money or something... then the lady infront of me was trying to get papers notarized and they were rude to her. So I think I'll take my business else where. Thanks

What nice staff. So friendly and helpful. I love the cash back free checking and this is a really convenient location to pop in to. Parking is easy.

Miss Frankie always takes care of me here. She is pleasant and efficient as well as the lady who normally sits at the desk that I don’t know her name. They remember my name and smile and if they aren’t there it makes me sad. The other branch’s just don’t have the helpful, kind feel that this branch has. I always stop here as it is more convenient with free parking, unlike the branch on Southard and the Key Plaza branch is very slow and I never have fast service at the Key Plaza drive thru. Plus, they never act like my business is a burden. I have felt that way at the Southard Street branch. The Stock Island branch is the best in my book!! But mostly it’s because of these kind ladies and their hard work. Thank you Frankie!

Keys federal credit union have changed the complete staff at the stock island branch, and the lady at the counter was not very nice, answers questions in a rude tone, did not greet me at all, or make me feel like I should be banking there. The staff that was there before today 8/2/23 was awesome , friendly and helpful in a kind way! I definitely will not go back to this branch with that lady there even though it’s more convenient and closer to my house. She should not be in customer service!

This is best opción this branch is great ruby and her team is great , very diference with the others ones the one in Roosevelt and the one in southard always somebody in a bad mode or with a bad actitud. Is look they don't want to work or they don't want to be there are , but here in stock island with ruby and her team is great.
