My experience with prime lending has been fantastic thanks to Shelia! She not only was completely professional and thorough but very pleasant and friendly. She made me feel like we were in this together as a team and truly made me feel like she wanted me to be a homeowner. She literally held my hand throughout the entire process, explained everything, and made sure I knew every last detail. She always had my best interest in mind and never deviated from my wants and needs. Thank you Shelia for making what could have been an extremely stressful and unpleasant experience into a piece of cake. She is someone that I enjoyed working with professionally as much as I enjoyed her personally. She knows her stuff and makes sure you do too. I used Prime Lending to refinance my house and it couldn’t have been easier with this staff. Starting with Sam Yozviak who walked me through each step by being responsive very timely with any question. The service was impeccable and I would recommend them to anyone that is in the same situation.

We were very satisfied with PrimeLending. Nikki New was one of the most professional people we’ve dealt with during our entire home buying experience.

The agents are great. Sam Yozviak was very efficient, knowledgable and diligent. He and the group he works for are doing an outstanding job. The process and over documentation and insane financial minutia being required needs to be reduced. I understand that they are loaning a large sum of money but I am not sure why they needed some of documents in the form they need. If you decide to go with prime lending be prepared to explain every aspect of your finances. This includes paychecks that say pay checks on you bank statements to needing to URL’s on bank statements. I am rating process 2 stars but the agents get 5.

I wish I could give zero stars. Completely incompetent. Even after emailing them several times, they completely neglected to tell me about some paperwork I needed to complete the mortgage process, something I only found out during closing. Good news is I won't have to deal with them much longer since it took them less than a month to sell off my mortgage to some no name company that is impossible to get a hold of with a hi-jacked web domain. Seems legit. Now, I have to refinance with Wells Fargo just so I can feel secure about not getting foreclosed on. Oh, they will sell your information to all sorts of moving companies, life insurance companies and any one else trying to make a buck off you moving. Something I did not appreciate. I beg you, anyone looking to get a mortgage, do not even engage with Prime lending.

It was super easy working with Nikki at Primelending. She was super thorough and responded quickly. She never hesitated if I didn’t understand something to call. I would definitely recommend using her for your lender and I’ll continue using her in the future.

Nikki did an amazing job. She went above and beyond to make sure things worked out even in complicated situations. It’s nice to work with someone who when they say they got your back, they actually do.
