Call and speak to someone first instead of entering your information into their online system. According to Stacey it automatically runs your credit report without considering any other circumstance that would disqualify you for the loan. Despite stating that I would not be working remotely nor had I secured a job in Florida yet (we are a months out from moving) it ran my credit report and then Stacey informed me of why I did not qualify. My credit score was unnecessarily reduced as a result.

Stacy Haynes provides you with next level service. She is knowledgeable, kind, professional, patient, and has a great sense of humor. She is by far in her own league.
