Giovanni is an outstanding communicator customer rep, highly intelligent, very courteous goes out of his way to help you get the job done. He is highly motivated and conscientious conscientious about his work. Any plans the proper work ethic, which is outstanding or superior and should be promoted.

I have been with the bank for 3 years. It is the only bank that I have ever bank with and I would not go with anyone else. The staff are super friendly and provide outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this bank to anyone.

I have been with grow for a few years now. What more can I say than that. I have never had a problem that wasn't fixed immediately. Everyone is always so nice and make sure I understand everything I have ever asked about. Recently I took my boyfriends sons girlfriend to open an account. Tina Michalicka was the best. What more can I say. I rave about this bank whenever I am around anyone who is having trouble with their bank.

Grow Financial is a good institution. However, they are too busy to even answer the phones. I had to come personally and Thank God I met with Bee Lee and she is a caring, professional and wonderful human being who attended to all my needs and she is very emphatic when it come to customers. Whether I get or not what I need, she did her best efforts to help my issue and for that I am very pleased and thankful.

My first experience here was stellar. They went down hill. Now it takes a very long time to be serviced to open a new account or to sit and discuss issues that you may have. I waited for an hour and I still was not able to receive customer service. I left after waiting for an hour. Zero service. Zero customer service. The 4.5 stars Google reviews is inaccurate. They are 0 stars. "We put people before profit" is false advertising. They put member-owners last here. If it was not for us they would not have a job. I would not recommend them to anyone. If they lack customer service on the front end, they will lack it on the back end. Save yourself time that you would have waited just to talk to someone and save yourself the aggravation of having to wait a very long time for service. Go elsewhere. Go to either Achieva Credit Union OR MidFlorida Credit Union which are also on State Road 54.
