As a self-employed professional I was turned down for a loan with other vendors over a technicality on how I shifted my personal income into my business income. This did not stop Max and Loan Depot promptly and with great follow through to get me approved, get an appraisal out in one week and do whatever it took to help us close within a 1-2 week period.
