The guy behind the glass in this kiosk made a mistake typing my name and home address when doing a Western Union money transfer. When I tried to get a refund, customer service said they could not authorize it due to the fact that the receipt info did not match the info on my ID. I went back to the kiosk and told the guy that he needed to contact WU and get my refund approved, and he flipped out. The guy was drunk and crazy. Zero professionalism. Refused to help me because he does not like being told that he did something wrong, told me to get out, threw the paperwork at me, yelled at me like an idiot, and made it necessary for me to contact the WU executive office. Big Russian Zhlob.

Today was a great day! I was helped by Patty at the Mcnab store when I purchased a money order this afternoon. Patty was very helpful, great tips and to me customer service is very important being from the northwest. You are very fortunate to have an associate such as Patty! My hat off to her and the company for a job well done!!!! I will be back soon.
