I used to work here. Won’t say when, but… This company has the highest turnover rate of any company I have ever worked for. That includes Walmart! The “manager”, more like manager in training is the nastiest person I have ever had to work with. And she didn’t like me from day one, so she was always giving me her attitude and then accusing me of giving her attitude, when I wouldn’t have said anything to her. God help you if you prove her wrong too. She will make your day there hostile! My final straw with this place came when she got in my face at 9 o’clock in the morning, right after we started, and asked me if I had a problem, when I hadn’t said anything to her. She insists on doing everything herself and on the off chance you do get to do something, she doesn’t like the way you do it and does it herself anyway. She takes her bad moods out on the employees, especially if she doesn’t like you, and is constantly rude to you for no reason. Most days there are spent in hostile silence as she works and you do nothing. There are better places out there that pay just as much, with more friendly and civil people as coworkers! Stay far away from this place!

This is the worst company ... A loan was paid nearly a year ago, they still had a lien on the car title ... Tried calling their office, no power. Tried calling corporate, lady said it was our problem not theurs and hung up... now, if this day end and nothing is resolved, a lawsuit will be issued because we can't buy a new car, nor go to work since the xar is down ... A BBB conplaint will definitely be issued as well ... Business owner, call us and resolve this or leave a message with a "working" number and a decent human being

Woman was extremely rude and offensive, completely uncalled for.

Getting a loan is quick, but the woman “manager” is awfully rude and belittling, no matter how kind and respectful of a person you are. I really didn’t appreciate it. I finished out my loan, paid in full, and chose another business for my second loan. They request extra money randomly every once and awhile to their cash app that’s not the agreed upon amount in the contract. They are a shady company. I will never be back here again.

I’ve had loans off and on for about 12 years I have never had a issue the staff has always been very helpful and nice
