I went into the bank to see about refinancing my car loan. Jessica Peterson was very helpful. She did not rush me with anything and gave full details. She helped me find the information i needed and made me feel relaxed the whole time. I walked out of there with my car refinanced and lower payments. Thanks Jessica. Will definable be working with her again

Ms. Kim was very pleasant to speak with even during the closing hour of the day. I appreciate her willingness to assist me and her genuine smile.

Florida Credit Union located at 9680 SW 114th Street near the Super Wal Mart on Hwy 200 is great! Kim Randolph and Jessica are my 2 favorite tellers. They are always friendly and courteous. Rose is also very helpful and friendly. I like banking at a place where people take an interest in you personally.

Way too many restrictions and limitations. I can’t even make a deposit though the ATM. Really bad banking experience.

Update: I cannot use the ATM to deposit anything anymore. I have had more problems than not, and will be switching banks.

I love having a bank where I can walk in to access my business, without having to stand in long lines to be serviced. Florida Credit Union knows how to keep their members HAPPY!!
